Swim Session Booking

The club is back in the pool and the first two sessions have been a great experience. Due to current restrictions, you will need to pre-book your attendance for each session. To make this easier, we have automated the booking system so that you will know immediately whether you can attend a session or not.

Due to current Jellie Park policy we can only allow four swimmers per lane which brings us to a total of 24 swimmers per session. These will be distributed on a first come, first served basis.

We will send an email invitation for each session. You will receive the invitation email on Sunday for the Tuesday session and another invitation on Wednesday for the Sunday session.

How to book a session

Prior to each session, you will receive an email from jasimasters@mail.friendlymanager.com containing an invitation to the session. If you wish to attend, click the “Yes I will be attending the event” button. If you do not wish to attend, click the “Sorry, I won’t attending the event” button. Clicking on either option takes you to our website with a message confirming whether you are booked for that session or not. If you do not respond to the email, you will not be able to attend.

How to cancel a booking

As places are limited, if you need to cancel a session after confirming your attendance, please do so by going back to the invitation email and clicking the “Sorry, I won’t attending the event” button. This will cancel your registration and a person on the wait list will be able to take your place.

If you are new to the club and would like to try out a training session with us then you need to contact Nadia prior to your first visit so that we can check if a place is available for you.
